Hi I am Jennifer,

I am a qualified mindset coach and wellbeing facilitator with over 20 years’ experience working within corporate environments. Alongside my therapeutic training, I am CIPD qualified in Learning & Development (Level 5 Diploma in L&D), giving me a strong understanding of organisational culture, performance pressures and the realities of workplace dynamics.

I am passionate about helping people realise they have far more control over how they think and feel than they may believe. I specialise in teaching practical, science-informed techniques that enable individuals to regulate stress, manage anxiety and develop healthier emotional responses to everyday challenges.

Drawing on clinical hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), counselling-informed practice and nervous system regulation techniques, I deliver engaging, accessible sessions that bridge the gap between wellbeing and performance. My approach is grounded, solution-focused and designed for real-world application.

I believes that when employees understand how their mind works, they move from feeling reactive and overwhelmed to calm, capable and in control — creating stronger individuals, healthier teams and more resilient organisations.

Mindset Reset has evolved from years of supporting individuals to manage anxiety, confidence and performance challenges, now structured into a practical workshop format for organisations.
